My story
When you first meet Lisa Duncan, you can’t help but be influenced by her positivity and passion. When Lisa is talking about what motivates her to work with women her face lights up, and her words come from her heart.
Her vision is simple but powerful. She wants to ensure that all women, regardless of where they live and what they do, have the same access to quality support, resources and networks to develop their personal and professional lives. She believes that every woman should have the opportunity to be the best that they can be.
The experiences, the friendships and the empathy she has developed has made her who she is today.
Lisa’s extensive experience is a pull that dominates the decisions that she makes every day in her work and personal life. She recognises that life for most women is not an easy one, and it’s not perfect, but it is one we can choose to change to the way we imagined it might be.
A similar calling for Lisa drives her to simplify life, and support people to overcome the clutter of thoughts, demands and conflicting tensions that often dominate our busy lives. She is constantly thinking of ways to support and help others to lessen the load of day to day living. Believe me, if Lisa can find a way to make things easier for people – she makes it happen!

So many households and family businesses are propped up by women. Many of them mothers who are juggling parenthood, teaching and running a business as well as trying to diversify their income and keep their families afloat in tough times.
Lisa recognises that there is strength in a community, and that as the cogs at the centre of many households, and communities, many women are faced with having to rethink and rebuild in response to the Covid19 . With travel restrictions lifted and people have to flexibility to travel, Lisa is convinced that now is the time to act.
“Women need strategies for managing unprecedented change, and support to rebuild and restructure their lives.” She continues, explaining that the competing emotions of confusion about what to do, and responding with urgency is unsettling, especially if women are faced with going it alone. Lisa offers a service to women providing expert advice and support.
